Keefus Ciancia

Keith Ciancia, better known as Keefus Ciancia or Keefus Green (born November 6, 1972) is an American born musician (keyboards) and producer.

Life and work

Keefus Ciancia began a relationship with TBone Burnett as a session musician after being heard on a local radio station in Los Angeles, later co-producer on a few TBone projects such as the Coen Brothers' film The Ladykillers and Cassandra Wilson's Thunderbird.[1] In 2009, Ciancia performed in Germany with Iggy Pop, Marc Ribot, and Tine Kindermann, worked with producer Chris Bruce on Meshell Ndegeocello's 2009 release "Devils Halo" and finished scoring a film for The Brothers Dowdle entitled The Poughkipsee Tapes. In 2000 he toured with Everlast and subsequently co-wrote songs with him for Everlast's Eat at Whitey's album. That led to producing Everlast's most recent album Love, War and the Ghost of Whitey Ford in 2009.
